NetSuite WMS Consultant

We are looking to speak with experienced NetSuite WMS / RF-SMART Consultants for upcoming contract opportunities with a client in the mid-west.

This is a specialist opportunity for a consultant with strong hands-on experience across NetSuite WMS, RF-SMART and warehouse operations, supporting businesses with implementations, optimization, troubleshooting and post-go-live support.

The Role

You will work closely with NetSuite, IT and operations teams to improve warehouse functionality and ensure NetSuite is effectively supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting and optimizing NetSuite WMS
• Hands-on configuration and support of RF-SMART
• Improving warehouse processes across receiving, picking, packing and shipping
• Supporting inventory management and warehouse operations
• Troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite WMS / RF-SMART issues
• Reviewing existing warehouse processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting barcode scanning and mobile warehouse workflows
• Working with integrations between NetSuite and third-party warehouse, logistics and 3PL systems
• Supporting testing, UAT and deployment of WMS changes
• Providing post-go-live support and resolving user issues
• Working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions
• Helping businesses get greater value from their existing NetSuite WMS environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience
• Proven experience with NetSuite WMS
• Strong RF-SMART experience
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
• Experience across receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory management
• Ability to troubleshoot NetSuite WMS issues independently
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with business users
• Experience supporting implementations, optimization projects or post-go-live environments
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a contract environment

• Experience working with 3PLs
• NetSuite integration experience
• Experience with barcode and scanning solutions
• NetSuite OneWorld experience
• Manufacturing or distribution experience
• SuiteScript / technical NetSuite experience
• Experience with WMS implementations or rescue projects
• Experience working with Celigo, Boomi or other integration platforms
